In Some Schools the Enthusiasm is Spreading to Other Departments

Middle school teachers are embracing STEM Learning Modules, a classroom-based education initiative funded by the National Defense Education Program. This initiative has been designed to team defense scientists and engineers with teachers to deliver inquiry-based learning and concept exploration experiences to students in a classroom environment.
